How to cancel

Use the iTurn app (My Bookings / My Courses → Cancel), your web account, or write to support@ucmonks.com with name, phone, product, and purchase date. Verbal requests alone are not sufficient.

Courses (three stages)

• Stage 1 — Pre-application: RTO learner’s application not submitted → cancellation fee 15% of total course fee.
• Stage 2 — Pre-learners: Application submitted, LL not issued → 30% of total course fee.
• Stage 3 — Post-learners: LL issued → no refund (100% forfeited).

Cancellation fee is a percentage of the listed full course price, not only the advance paid. iTurn facilitates training and paperwork; government licence outcomes are not guaranteed.
